All good buddies! Yang Hansen treated the entire Mix team to dinner, chatting and laughing with G League coaches and teammates.

On April 8 Beijing time, the Trail Blazers' official social media updated, sharing pictures of Yang Hansen treating the Mix team to dinner. The official caption read: "All teammates who play together, last weekend Yang Hansen hosted, the entire Mix team gathered for a meal. Fight together on the court, gather together off the court."

The Mix's season ended on April 4, losing 95-107 to the defending champion Stockton Kings in the G League Western Conference semifinals. In that game, Yang Hansen shot 9 out of 17, scoring 20 points, 7 rebounds, 2 assists, and 2 blocks. With the Mix eliminated, Yang Hansen's G League journey this season also concluded.

This season in the G League regular season, Yang Hansen played 14 games, averaging 17.1 points, 9.2 rebounds, 3.1 assists, 0.7 steals, and 1.6 blocks per game, with a shooting percentage of 62.4%, three-point percentage of 32.1%, and free throw percentage of 75%. In the playoffs, he played 2 games, averaging 13 points, 6 rebounds, 2 assists, and 2 blocks per game, with a shooting percentage of 52.2%.

Yang Hansen didn't get many opportunities to develop with the Trail Blazers this season, but gained more time with the Mix and improved through training and games. The Mix head coach also likes Hansen, praising his noticeable progress multiple times. He also appeared in the pictures of this dinner gathering.

During this dinner, Yang Hansen chatted and laughed with his G League teammates and coaches. Previously, Trail Blazers reporter Haikin mentioned that Hansen's English listening and speaking skills improved significantly this season. Although a translator is still present, full-time accompaniment is no longer needed. He can communicate directly with teammates and coaches on the bench, and reporters can have basic conversations with him without translator intervention.

Haikin also mentioned earlier that Yang Hansen's role with the Mix primarily involves initiating offense from the top of the key and acting as a tactical pivot. His three-point shooting is becoming more consistent, and his defense is improving. The Trail Blazers originally intended for him to play a full year in the G League, but due to too many team injuries, they had to add him to the NBA roster to fill numbers. However, the way they utilize him in the G League is the long-term usage plan for the NBA level, though Hansen still has some distance to reach that level.
