2026 VCT CN Stage 1 Regular Season: DRG wins 2-0 against NOVA.

Map 1: Breeze

Defending side NOVA: Viper / Jett / Sova / Neon / Viper

NOVA took the pistol round in the first half, but DRG managed an eco round upset in round two, followed by three straight wins. In round five, although GuanG secured a triple kill with Jett's ultimate, he was eliminated by SpiritZ1.

After DRG secured five consecutive rounds, NOVA called for a pause, but their economy was in a poor state, and DRG took the round after the pause resumed.

In round eight, swagzor's triple kill helped NOVA secure their second point. In round nine, DRG's superior gunplay widened the gap to five points.

In round eleven, NOVA got the first kill early, but their weapon disadvantage and DRG's excellent utility coordination led to DRG taking another point. In the final round of the half, Flex1n closed it with a quadruple kill, bringing the score to DRG 10-2 NOVA.

NOVA used their final pause, but after resuming, they were wiped instantly by Life and Nicc in mid, allowing DRG to reach map point first. Finally, Flex1n completed a 1v2 clutch to end the map, with DRG winning Map 1 13-5 over NOVA.

In round eight, SpiritZ1 secured a quintuple kill, allowing DRG to equalize the score. They took another point in round nine, overtaking NOVA.

In round ten, Life delivered a quadruple kill, starting to widen the score gap. In the final round of the half, Nicc closed with a triple kill, bringing the score to DRG 8-4 NOVA.

In the second half, Vo0kashu's triple kill in Garage established the advantage, allowing DRG to win the pistol round. They also smoothly secured the anti-eco round.
