The £65 million Premier League dribbling king is willing to join, and Manchester United is his dream club! The Red Devils face a two-choice dilemma in signing a new winger.

According to Sky Sports UK, if Manchester United recruits a new winger in the summer transfer window, Everton's Iliman Ndiaye and RB Leipzig's Yan Diomande will be two key targets. Among them, Ndiaye, who currently plays in the Premier League, is willing to join the Red Devils, and his price is also lower than Diomande's.

Manchester United spent over £200 million last summer to strengthen their attack, but the winger options remain insufficient, as Cunha is more suited to playing centrally. Therefore, the club may continue to buy forwards this summer and needs a player capable of playing on the left wing.

RB Leipzig's 19-year-old Ivory Coast international Diomande has long been linked with Manchester United. He possesses remarkable speed and attacking prowess, scoring 11 goals and providing 8 assists this season, leading the Bundesliga dribbling chart with 86 successful dribbles—far ahead of the second place by 28. However, Diomande has not yet played in the Premier League and lacks experience. Additionally, the Bundesliga's "black shop" has set a staggering price tag of €100 million (£87 million) for him.

In contrast, the 26-year-old Senegal international Ndiaye may offer higher value for money, and he also has extensive Premier League experience. In the Premier League, Ndiaye is similarly renowned as a dribbling king; his teammate, the dribbling-specialist "Grealish," even admits inferiority, praising Ndiaye as the league's most technically gifted player and believing he deserves Everton's No. 10 jersey.

Ndiaye is a right-footed player who has mostly played as a right winger this season, but he can also operate on the left. So far, Ndiaye has participated in 25 Premier League matches, scoring 6 goals and contributing 3 assists.

Moreover, Ndiaye is very eager about Manchester United; British media reveal that he considers the Red Devils his "dream team," thus remaining open to a transfer. When mentioning his favorite stadium, Ndiaye chose Manchester United's home ground: "I have played at Old Trafford, and that is my favorite stadium."

However, his contract with Everton runs until 2029, and the club would demand at least £65 million in transfer fees. They might even reference the fee from Lukaku's transfer to Manchester United, asking for £75 million. The Red Devils' recent attempts to recruit from Everton have not been smooth; they previously tried to sign English defender Jarrad Branthwaite but were halted by the opponent's £80 million valuation.

Regarding his future, Ndiaye, who joined Everton from Marseille in 2024, said: "I aspire to be part of Everton's new chapter, and I often say that if there are transfer rumors and attention, it must mean you're performing well, right? I'm happy to be at Everton, involved in the club's new stadium project—it's like a new adventure. I hope to help Everton achieve something; I also want to win trophies. The club has not lifted a trophy for a long time, and that is our goal."

If Everton secures European qualification this season, it might strengthen their ability to retain Ndiaye. Otherwise, if the player demands a move for Champions League football, Moyes' team may have to concede.

Manchester United's primary reinforcement focus in the summer window remains the midfield, so forward acquisitions might need to be budget-conscious, with transfer spending not as high as last season. Therefore, British media report that the Red Devils are monitoring Ndiaye's situation, and some within the transfer department lean more toward signing him rather than Diomande.
