Do ATP players have any income during injuries? Tell us about the ATP "Bottom Line Program"?

The ATP Bottom Line Program is a groundbreaking financial security program launched by ATP in 2024 on a three-year trial period.

The program consists of three key pillars:

- Guaranteed Basic Income:Make sure that the top 250 players in each season have a minimum income level. For the 2024 season, the top 100 players are $300,000, the 101st to 175th ranked players are $150,000, and the 176th to 250th ranked players are $75,000. If the player's prize money falls below this standard, the ATP will make up the shortfall.

- Injury & Illness Protection:Coverage is provided for players who have participated in fewer than nine ATP Tour or ATP Challenger tournaments in a season due to injury. In 2024, the top 100 players are guaranteed $200,000, players ranked 101 to 175 are $100,000, and players ranked 176 to 250 are guaranteed $50,000.

- Newcomer Training:$200,000 for first-time top 125 players, which will be distributed before the start of the season following the player's ranking, will be used as a deduction from bonus income to help them build their team.

The ATP Bottom Line Program aims to address players' financial concerns, provide them with financial security, create a favorable environment for development, and improve the game of tennis.
