This was a match where Coach Pham Van Long's players faced problems from psychology to physical fitness, from the first step to the second pass. The young players lacked the physical stamina to compete at a high intensity over a 4-5 set match. This is not a new issue, but the problem persists. The physical training of the military women's volleyball team athletes still does not meet requirements.

Most players of BCTT, and Vietnamese women's volleyball players in general, have relatively "thin" physiques and lack dedicated fitness experts, so their endurance is often poor, and they fatigue quickly. Additionally, many may not prioritize fitness training due to concerns about maintaining their figure, preventing them from being strong enough to compete at high intensity.

Another issue, also not new but still unresolved, is that the first-step performance of BCTT players lacks high stability. They often perform poorly rather than well in this crucial initial technical aspect.

The second pass of BCTT also has problems. Despite being a national team player, Lam Oanh has not maintained high performance recently. Her passing is quite monotonous (too focused on the outside hitter, too little for the opposite hitter, and the setter's passes are also not good). When both the first step and the second pass are unstable, the offensive efficiency of the military women's volleyball team is difficult to achieve as desired.

Against Vietinbank, the monotonous attacking style and lack of high-impact plays from BCTT Battalion 19 caused them significant difficulties against the opponent's always-ready defensive line.

As the match progressed unfavorably, the young players of Thong Tin became increasingly less confident, further hindering their ability to perform as desired.

In that context, the team needed a leader to rally the morale of the teammates, but currently in BCTT Battalion 19, no one can shoulder that responsibility. Everything difficult became even more difficult.
