In the second set, the match became more balanced in the early phase. However, stability in their offensive play allowed Gunma to gradually build a lead. Gunma solidifies its position in the top 8 while Aranmare remains stuck at the bottom of the standings
On the other side of the net, the two Thai national players performed differently. Wimonrat Thanapan played a solid role with 11 points, but captain Ajcharaporn Kongyot disappointed by scoring only 5 points with low efficiency. The underperformance of Ajcharaporn was one of the reasons why Aranmare Yamagata could not create an upset against a superior-performing Gunma.
